"I’m Zacchaeous Brooks—a former NFL running back who turned pain into purpose. Football taught me discipline, resilience, and how to keep pushing even when the odds are stacked. After my time in the league, I faced injuries and major setbacks that could’ve broken me, but instead they pushed me to evolve. I shifted my focus to personal training, using everything I learned from the field to help others reach their full potential. That path eventually led me to the world of squash, where I now train top junior and pro athletes in strength, speed, and mindset.
